Great location, excellent facilities and...

Liked: Location is fantastic for visiting campus. Facilities are very nice, rooms are comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: The lobby is really nice but it was full of students on laptops the whole time- didn't leave any room for paying guests. Nice to have some students but they should limit time or area, we couldn't even find a place to sit with our luggage to wait for taxi.

Liked: Staff and facilities are all top notch. You are always made to feel welcome and special.
Disliked: The design of the shower is faulty - at least in our two-queen room. Water leaks out the bottom of the shower door on to the floor. It needs weather stripping or something similar to prevent this which could cause a slip and fall.

Amazing staff and location

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Room temperature is controlled by hotel and off site location. Room was dusty. No Splenda anywhere. Restaurant has limited menu with no substitutions whatsoever and very pricey
