Avoid at all costs

Liked: The staff was relatively friendly
Disliked: The TV did not work at all, there was hair all over the bed and pillows from previous guests, the heating unit hardly got the room to a temperature that was comfortable, the bed was so hard that I woke up the next morning so sore I could barely move. For what we paid, we should have gone down the road to a Holiday Inn and at least gotten a decent breakfast. Will not be returning.

Liked: The rooms were very clean. New furniture. quiet.
Disliked: TV remote didn't appear to work. HDMI access was near impossible due to the design of the TV, HDMI plugs behind. Card key failed about halfway through the stay. Had to get new cards keys.

Liked: The staff are very friendly. It's centrally located in Milton-Freewater. There's plenty of free parking.
Disliked: They close the office from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. There are only two flights arriving at Walla Walla and I arrived on the one arriving about midnight. I had to wait outside the locked office for over five hours waiting for the staff to arrive.

Liked: Room was updated from the last time it was great
Disliked: We put the do not disturb sign on the door and then we left to go shopping and they went into our room anyway , there coldnss and impersonalness is disturbing, non social skills .

Liked: Comfortable breeds n hot shower.
Disliked: To close to the road if your a lite sleeper. I do wear ear plus so wasn't bothered. The young adults a few doors down, wanted to stand outside and visit. I finally called the office. They put a stop to it right away!! Everything was great other than being right on the highway. Wasn't a problem for me though. Whatever you do, rethink eating at the Red tea garden Chinese food, almost next door!!! Possibly the worst I've ever had

Liked: The motel was close to everything. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bedside wall sconce was way too far from the bed. Making it where you had to lean way out of bed to turn it on or off.

Nice place to spend the...

Liked: My room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable. I will stay there again, since I make frequent trips to that area. They also have a pleasant breakfast for their guests.
Disliked: Lots of homeless people in the area. A noisy restaurant across the street, but these things are not the fault of the establishment and can't be controlled by them.
