Spacious rooms; very clean; great service; great location; great price. Very enjoyable stay. We will stay again when we return to Portland.

good clean and comfortable.

Liked: My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was refreshed every day. I didn't spend much time there as i was in town for a family event. It was by far the most reasonably priced room i could find in the area where i needed to be and i will stay there again.
Disliked: ice maker didn't work. Area around the motel is in transition, looks like it's going up but like much of portland, there were several tents in the neighborhood around the motel and that could make some people feel unsafe.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient and the king-sized bed was comfy. Shower was great!
Disliked: Can't do anything about the train noise, but we just pretended it was thunder, and forgot it was there

Great for the price in...

Liked: Location, price, size of the room, bed was comfortable, had a good heater, close to the train, felt like a safe area, parking right in front of the room. Oh, and I accidentally booked the wrong night for the room and they called me to check in and then easily changed my reservation for the day I intended.
Disliked: Shower had the hot and cold backwards, train was a bit loud if you're a light sleeper, they had to change the sheets for us because it looked like there was pet hair, staff was helpful but did seem a little bit annoyed when we asked to change the sheets, ice machine didn't work.
