Disliked: Small lobby - crowded when multiple guests checking in.

Liked: Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, clean smelling rooms with cold air-conditioning
Disliked: Parking area is a bit cramped. Someone blocked me in, in the morning.

Liked: I slept very well, it was quiet and clean
Disliked: I paid for three days, I left the hotel one day earlier, the money was not returned one day

Disliked: bugs in bathtub when arrived, TINY rooms, shady area (noisy at night), really hard to get in and out onto street from small parking lot, free breakfast is really nothing, didnt know they were renovating when I booked - should have paid far less..

Liked: Very noisy room I did not sleep properly due to noise of road traffic and heat blower of room’ Limited facility. Breakfast also limited items. It’s my first bad experience of stay in this kind of hotel

Rude Staff

Liked: It was near by airport , rooms was clean and beds was comfortable.
Disliked: Evening receptionist lady and morning receptionist man was very rude!We had many luggages and there was none to assist , I have asked receptionist to help us and they didn’t have any other staff and she didn’t wanted to help.In the morning receptionist was yelling on us , very rude and aggressive person!

Disliked: Construction noise from adjacent rooms started around 9/10am and was very unpleasant and prevented sleeping- was not advised of potential for noise during checkin
