Affordable and nice staff, but...

Liked: Friendly staff and old-timey decor which was interesting! Good a/c since it got towards 90-100 degrees outside. Nice with the option for a pool. Big bed!
Disliked: Shower was very hard to understand for an european (pull the knob to get it going), shower took a good while to get hot. Ac was very noisy and blowed in your face when sleeping, although was cool and nice. Pool was open, but sadly the water was all muddy and was a lot of sediment at the bottom so we wouldn't dare to dip our toes in it.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much. It was nice to have a small fridge.
Disliked: I asked for a late checkout of 1.5 hours and was asked to pay $20. I have traveled for work for 20+ years and have never been asked to pay for a late checkout.The shower was stained and the carpet was very dirty. The parking lot and stairs are dilapidated, and the pool is not usable.There is no insulation on the doors and the windows are single paned and thus being on the highway is very noisy
