Great location and clean!

Liked: Housekeeping exceptional hotel clean staff at reception helpful and great breakfast. Great location plenty amenities around as I was a solo traveller so that was great.
Disliked: No staff interacted with any guest at the pool asking if they wanted drinks or food and pushed any sales for the hotel...resulted in poor atmosphere...three umbrellas for the whole pool. Work being completed at the pool so very noisy too...that was disappointing.

Liked: Location and staff was good.
Disliked: I did not let early check in although there were rooms available, which was fine. And been asked for extra money.There were no shampoo in the room, because of the check in did not have time to take a shower before dinner, especially coming from a 18 hours trip. And at 11 pm no shampoo in the shower.3 am in the morning toilet did not flash. Me and my wine could not use the toilet.Really disappointing.
