Overall great experience. Very charming hotel with very friendly staff. It's older so there are subtle details needing some aesthetic updating. However it did not take away from a wonderful experience.

Liked: Quite charming.
Disliked: No hypo-allergenic sheets and the sheets on the bed were cheap; low thread count sheets; there was a musty smell of powder in our room.

Price was a bit high but the hotel was in a great location and the rooms were well appointed.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft.

Very nice hotel and a bargain for the price. Staff was wonderful and couldn't have accommodated us more. Definitely on our stay again list.

Liked: The location is incredible, lots of things to do within walking distance. The room was clean, and it wasn't too expensive, compared to other places. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were not.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than I thought I'd get based on the pictures, the AC wasn't working very well, and the room had a broken window that needed to get fixed. The front desk staff members weren't particularly friendly or welcoming either.

Liked: Great location. Must have been quite beautiful in its heyday, still retains much charm. A little bit of renovation of the lobby and elevators would go a long way toward bringing back the elegance. Rooms updated nicely, bed needs 1 more layer.
Disliked: It was fine but felt a bit sketchy. Perhaps it was that you see the security guard before you see where to check in. This may seem strange, but all the chipped moldings made it feel very unkempt, though it was clean. Good workout room.

Liked: I love the location of the hotel, the very friendly staff, and the cleanliness! The martini bar was top notch!! Highly recommend!

Liked: Disappointed that no restaurant was available in the hotel. Fridge not working in room

Liked: Room was attractive, clean and well stocked. The location was great and the staff was wonderful. We also went to their bar for a late night drink and had breakfast at their restaurant: all good.
Disliked: No.
