Very nice hotel and a bargain for the price. Staff was wonderful and couldn't have accommodated us more. Definitely on our stay again list.

Pros:  Everything else
Cons:  Room cleaning too early

The hotel itself is very old, however the rooms have been redone to be very modern. It was decent and the staff was extremely accommodating...not sure it quite makes the grade for a 4 star hotel.

Pros:  The location is great for shopping and dining, definitely within walking distance of everything.
Cons:  The elevators are very small and it can be very time consuming getting from point A to point B. The rooms are remodeled but the rest of the hotel is very old and not quite up to speed with the rooms.

Pros:  The piano man when you walk in. Sets a great mood.
Cons:  I paid for a king bed room, instead got 2 full size beds. I did not get what I paid for. Disappointed customer

Overall the Location was great and the rooms were decent and modern. The receptionist area looked out dated and very unkept. Also the overnight parking was ridiculous at $63.00 a night to guest of the hotel

Pros:  Great location. Close proximity to Mall and lots of shops
Cons:  Receptionist area did not meet a 1 star standard.
