Disliked: They scanned our driver's licenses- and said it was because the police asked for them if anything happened. We have never had this happen before. I wasn't comfortable with this given all the identity theft threats inherent in copies of DLs on computer systems. If our rate wasn't nonrefundable by that time, we would have gone elsewhere. They also refused a 60 min late checkout because of "manager's" policy....all they would give was 30 minutes...but that didn't help much as we just needed a place to wait for the start of a funeral service.

Worst Hotel stay ever!

Liked: Close to highway
Disliked: It’s under major renovation. Our first room was right beside the Reno project. We were moved to another room that was so small I’m surprised a queen size bed fit into it. I had asked for a king size bed & the front desk staff said yes it was a king. When we got to our room not only was the room very small but the bed was a queen. The room was also very run down. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at don’t waste your time or money.

Liked: The beds where nice no bed bugs and the room was clean
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible and when I made my deposit I didn't get my $100 dollars back
