Disappointing

Liked: My second night the room was good
Disliked: When I arrived the room I booked was dirty with a bed smell and the couch has so much dog hair on it, they couldn't get somebody to go in and clean up or switch my room so they put me in the smaller room with my family. It was so many drug addicts just wasn't the perfect spot for me and my family

Disliked: The staff was rude. Upon arriving the place looks nothing as the pictures show. We booked a NO SMOKING room for a reason the entire no smoking floor smelt like weed and cigarettes, the linen was dirty, no towels, shampoo, anything. Invaded in ants. When I brought it to the employees attention he was VERY rude. You couldn’t pay me to stay there.

Liked: Convenient to the RIC airport.The bedding and towels weren’t the best quality! Staff wasn’t overly helpful.Breakfast was a joke.Good hot water but shower needed repair. Weird in room lighting

Liked: Looked nice in pictures and on outside
Disliked: Inside lobby smelled like weed. Room was dirty hair everywhere. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Water damage in bathroom wasn’t fixed do drywall was bubbling up and peeling off in bathroom. Breakfast was put away before 9:30.
