We were refused service after...

Liked: we were not able to stay as we were denied our Certified ESA Animals
Disliked: Location and pricing was good. We were traveling from Texas to Florida and needed a place to stay for one night. We have two Certified ESA animals traveling with us. We had to return the room keys and obtain a refund as the ESA animals were not accepted.
