Liked: Did not stay at property. Room was unacceptable.
Disliked: No front desk staff. Dark and unsecured. No lamps in rooms. Dark and seemed dirty. Bug in rooms. Was charged a no show. Hotel refused to give credit.

Liked: This reservation was a first time visit to the area for my younger sisters boarding school orientation. From the moment I walked in the front staff was not welcoming and when entered the room it was the dirtiest I have ever seen they moved us and worse
Disliked: Never stayed in a place so dirty. I had clorox wipes and they black from the counter tops and phone was unbearable. Than when we spoke to management she was so disrespectful and nasty. I had to book a new hotel and she refused to refund. My worse experien

Disliked: The management is rude. They call your cell phone , your room and harass you walking out the door for payment before 11am.

Terrible place.

Liked: I didn't like nothing it was tiny room and smelled terrible along with old mattress and dirty television .I don't recommend this place.
Disliked: Everything I think they gave me the worst room available.

Exceptional

Liked: Great reception staff. Excellent room. Clean and very comfortable beds. The receptionist gladly changed our room to the first floor and showed me both the queen room and the double queen room to choose from. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Referred us to the Bistro 11 for Dinner. Fabulous restaurant elegant and affordable. Such a relaxing time after horrendous and stressful 12 hr drive through blinding rain. Very clean bathroom with all toiletries and towels. Brilliant white bed linens and one of the most comfortable beds in all our hotel stays. Continental breakfast included waffles. Clean and bright and airy reception and breakfast area. Will definitely be back next year on our trip back from the south.
Disliked: Toilet too close too low for our arthritic joints. But the receptionist said they were doing a major remodel and that will be addressed.
