Disliked: the staff is rude , the elevator makes a creepy noise everytime it goes too a new floor , they lied they do not be having breakfast, my stay there the power went out the whole night and i wasn’t compensated , i wasn’t offered a free night or anything this is literally the worst hotel i’ve ever been too and the pictures look nothing like the rooms

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was just what we needed for our trip and the price was fantastic!

Beware!

Disliked: Power went out...no generator. No phone. No emergency flood lights, lit exit signs or lit stairwells. Out of power from 1am until after we left at 8am. No communication with guests, particularly those off on 2nd or 3rd floor to see if they needed help. Awful!May not have been their fault the power went out, certainly is that they weren't prepared nor did they have the safety of guests as their priority!

Disappointing

Liked: Location to the freeway
Disliked: My husband spilled something so I used some paper towels to clean up the floor (vinyl) the paper towels were black. (Needless to say)We didn't stay for the breakfast that was included with the price of the room also the reason we had booked that hotel. Was to eat and get an early start to continue our travel.
