Liked: The only thing that went well was that I was able to check out and obtain a full refund due to Booking.com understanding that the health and safety of the hotel was unacceptable.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room and hallway, the windows and room were dirty, the staff didnt care, the pool wasn't heated, the "ocean view" was of shipping containers, and the entire experience was unpleasant. We checked out, I requested a refund. Everything could have been better. The cleanliness, the room descriptions, the staff, the facilities and maintenance.

Will stay a little further...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Extreme noise all night with ventilation system, poor insulation in connecting walls, parking fee excessive.

Disliked: The room (swamp cooler) smelled. And room was located next to parking lot.

My one room was great....

Disliked: Toliet backed up in one of two rooms. Was given a plunger when notified front desk.

Generally do not feel this...

Liked: The outdoor space was very nice, and they provided us with water bottles at check in. It is close to a grocery store and mall, and the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating during the stay.
Disliked: Our first room had roaches in the bathroom and on the bed, and they were roaming the halls. Our second room didnt have a single roach, though was a bit dated in decor still and there was a hole in the shower area wall.
