Disappointing

Disliked: Staff was terrible. Not helpful when trying to book an extra room admittedly last minute, when their website was not working properly. Then booked through orbitz and staff incorrectly told me I had to wait an hour for the booking to show up in the system. It’s like they just wanted me to sit in the lobby with my luggage for an hour. Orbits customer service called them and the booking was in the system within 3 minutes

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and smelled fresh upon entering.
Disliked: The rates could be cheaper. The advertisement seemed as if we were renting one unit with two separate rooms inside and one entryway. What we received is actually two units that are joined by a shared doorway.

Pleasant

Liked: Nothing in particular.
Disliked: Tap water was colored. Staff at the reception did not provide the info while checking in. Importantly housekeeping was not done daily like beds etc., Coffee maker was not fully functional. My experience was sub par.

Overall a nice trip

Liked: Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly!
Disliked: Housekeeping made us vacuum our room since we spilled some popcorn…not good service. Also, pool gave all my family that swam a rash in their arms and legs. Drinks were too expensive in the hotel also, should be cheaper than the outside restaurants etc

Liked: Good place if you want a two bedroom apartment.
Disliked: You had a walk across a couple of roads to reach the Vegas Strip. This did mean that it was a quiet location.
