A beautiful inconvenience

Liked: The Hot tub
Disliked: The lift didn't work and the room should not be listed as wheelchair accessible and no roll in shower.

Overpriced property to spend a...

Liked: Beds were really nice and comfortable. Room was big, good view towards the mountain, plenty of parking space
Disliked: Overpriced property for the value. Carpets looked dirty and old inside the room and the corridors. Lifts were not cleaned properly, entering the lift lobby gave a bad smell overpowered by some cleaning odour.

Liked: Service was lousy was told one price was charged another and was told they wouldn’t charge us for parking but they did
Disliked: The rooms are set up where you can’t watch the tv

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Definitely was not what I was expecting especially being $318 for one night. Was not clean and was not happy

Good

Liked: Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and bright. I would definitely stay again
Disliked: Pool area could use a recant and a fresh coat of paint. There were rocks in both the pool and jacuzzi and visible rust on the railings
