Horrible, I paid for a...

Liked: Nice, front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: 1. No hot water! I asked the front desk twice. Both times they stated it was repaired. However, at most, it was lukewarm warm water, making for a miserable shower. 2. Renovations in the room next door; too much noise. 3. Way too early in the morning cleaning staff banging on doors yelling “housekeeping.” On a Saturday morning one doesn’t want to be woken up early by someone banging the door.
