Liked: Staff did a great job to make sure we were satisfied! Room was upgraded to lake view without charge. Love the atmosphere.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room - there were visible cobwebs on the ceiling/walls. Bathroom mirror didn’t look clean. Towels had stains, so obviously they weren’t washed beforehand or weren’t discarded.

Liked: Room was beautiful, staff was great and handled issues promptly.
Disliked: Pool was very dirty. Couldn't go to the resturant/bar due to conferences going on. Most of the issues were outside of the hotel's control. Overall, wasn't worth the price.
