Liked: Staff was friendly and professional! The bar had good food and drinks, also with a friendly staff.
Disliked: When we checked in at 3:30 and went up to our room there was a maid still cleaning our room. We needed to use the bathroom and we couldn't. When you opened the curtain the windows were covered with white scum and you couldn't even see through. They were disgusting..

Liked: Room was spacious - outdated but pretty clean.
Disliked: Paid extra for a spa bath - halfway through my bath I noticed a black ring around the rim of the tub after I shut the jets off. Disgusting.

Liked: The Maron has a great staff that's always upbeat and friendly! The rooms are nice, we stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and I believe there are few rooms like this, which was quite the luxury! I recommend The Maron to anyone traveling to the Danbury area!
Disliked: The breakfast is pretty anemic and the coffee is not great. Fruit, bagels with cream cheese in saran wrap, coffee and juice. I guess for a quick breakfast on the go it's good, but danish or donuts would be a nice addition.

Liked: Samantha at the front desk was great! She deserves a raise!
Disliked: I was disappointed that a better breakfast wasn't offered for the price I paid. And when I needed to ask a question, staff wasn't always available. Instead a note was left on top of the registration desk to call a number for assistance. I've worked in the hospitality industry before amd never have seen such a thing as a note left to call a number for assistance, nor a breakfast of a few bagels, cream cheese and slim fruit pickings.
