We liked the building and...

Liked: Breakfast and location were very good
Disliked: The TV in our room didn't work. The mini frig in our room did not work. There was no coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The mattress was too soft. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and many areas needed to be repaired/painted on walls, doors, baseboards

Disliked: elevators sound like they were about to break and my heat didn’t work in the room i got kind of cold

I need more TLC

Liked: Location and having a balcony
Disliked: No Internet access, billed as free Wi-Fi No TV access, when you did get picture it froze. Repair person came and was of no help.Said they were switching providers.Overall looked as if upkeep had been neglected.

Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: Front lobby had a funny odor..like a smell of gas. The pictures are deceiving on the website. Tub stopper didn't work. The dining room hours should be posted.

Charming hotel close to the...

Liked: This was my second stay at Maison Dupuy. The location is perfect; easy to walk to anything in the French Quarter but on a quiet street. It's an older hotel with character which I love. The courtyard/pool area is really nice. I would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: The bathroom could use some re-caulking. The heat/AC was hard to adjust so the temperature was never exactly comfortable and it got humid in our room. The elevators were jerky and made a lot of noise which made us a little nervous.

Nice Quiet Location

Liked: The location was in a quiet section of the French Quarter. It had a nice patio area and pool. During our visit we spent time sitting in the patio area which was very pleasant.
Disliked: It took 4 attempts to get extra hangers, wash cloths and bath mats. The wash cloths were never replaced. My sister was celebrating her birthday and had received a birthday card with sprinkles inside. These remained on the carpet until we left which meant the carpet was never vacuumed. The hotel is looking exceedingly tired since my last stay several years ago. It could do with a facelift.
