Overall it was a convenient location considering the short walking distance to the venue (Francis Field). Other than the train tracks right behind the room, the air conditioner kept turning off and on every 5-10 minutes which was quite annoying for a light sleeper, even after numerous drinks throughout the night prior to sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again but make sure I was not facing the train tracks where the noise from it wasn't so apparent.

Disliked: Train tracks literally right behind hotel room on other side of parking lot; A/C issues.

We checked in around 4:00pm. We were right away eaten up by fleas. We were leaving for concert at 5:00 and told the desk. They said they would spray while we were gone. Returned at midnight and were bitten by fleas all night. In the two rooms next to ours, the people were coming and going all night until about 3:30 in the morning, as well as yelling and just plain noisy. The worst hotel experience I've had in 40 years.

Liked: The staff here is great, no matter who you are what you look like or how many kids you have, The staff is very pleasant and the manager of the entire hotel definitely takes pride in her job. She actually comes out and talks to the customers, smiles and makes you feel welcome. I couldn't believe it. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where I thought everything I do or everywhere I go or whatever I need is so comfortably easy and pleasant even to experience. Whatever you're doing keep doing it. Hotels of higher stature should take lessons from you. Very very satisfied. GIVE MANAGEMENT A RAISE. RAISE I SAY!!! AWESOME

Liked: We were given a room away from the railroad tracks, so we were not awakened by the train. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We received DAILY housekeeping which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was nice. Location to downtown was good - Able to take backroads to avoid a lot of traffic.
Disliked: The property does not have an elevator and our room was on the second floor, but the do offer luggage carts once you are able to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The shower had NO pressure. The "fart fan" in the bathroom didn't work. The room included 3 different remotes to operate the TV - confusing. Multiple times throughout our stay we encountered people sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana. We wouldn't allow our teenagers to to be alone at the pool after dark.
