My stay here was very comfortable - the decorations of the lobby was beautiful! My room was a bit small but comfortable enough for two people; the bed was nice and comfortable to sleep in as well. The only thing I didn't get to see was the view from the rooftop hotel :( If they could stay open until 12 midnight it would be nice. I was at a Tegan and Sara concert so I got back to my room hoping to see the view but it was locked :( Anyway overall I loved this hotel. All the staff were very friendly! I would recommend people to stay here.

The hotel's cons outweighed the pros for us. HVAC set at 64 and room was just marginally comfortable. No bathroom ventilation. Room was small but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to Verizon Wireless Theater. Lobby had an awful smell wafting through it any time that we walked through. Valet parking was $25 per night. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Good location if you're attending Verizon Theater

Cons: HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) not great; smelly lobby, valet parking expensive

Perfect place to stay if you are going out for a night on the town! The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. It was a wonderful stay!

Pros: The staff was great!

Cons: It was my first time staying there. I didn't know where breakfast was or where any of the amenties were that were offered. Maybe a book in the room with hotel information would be helpful.

Terrific hotel that I would look forward to staying in again.

Pros: Extremely friendly staff; nicely redone building that was hip and fun, yet retained some of the nostalgia and features of the original older building.

Cons: Nothing.
