Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

Liked: Great hotel; great people; bartender Kyle is the best.
Disliked: None.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Liked: I have no real complaints. Staff was friendly, facilities worked fine and the room was clean.
Disliked: Slightly old hotel and I didnt like the dual purpose bedside lamps that were also electric sockets. I was afraid to plug anything into them in case it blew the fuse.

Liked: Location was fine for downtown touristy things. The room was as quite shabby damaged old furnishings. Bathroom was clean but poor attention to detail dirty around border of bathroom floor. Bed comfy and room quiet.
Disliked: Room shabby bathroom not very clean. Front desk staff didn’t seem to know much about city facilities.

Average

Liked: Lovely building, must have been beautiful in its day but quite dated now.
Disliked: Ridiculous valet parking, expected to tip everytime you retrieve your car on top of the $49 per day charge.
