Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Liked: The location met my needs and the room was good for a couple of days where I was working before my vacation. The only downside was the heating/AC unit was locked on very cold, and I didn't realize it until a number of hours in. It required an engineer to fix.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like. It was a decent place, and if I am in Dallas again and need a hotel, I'll be glad to stay there again.

Liked: Location was good. That’s it.
Disliked: Oversized room for a small bed. Only one towel per person, not even a shower rug. Checked in at midnight; I could have done that with a machine as the welcoming was cold borderline rude. Although the building is historic, there’s nothing except the lobby that have some character. The room looked a cheap motel and outdated, probably from the 90s.
