Loved the front desk. The...

Liked: Rooms were quiet. Bed’s comfortable
Disliked: Check in was delayed. Went to a restaurant. Told we could not sit at bar b/c my son is 12. Next morning sat in restaurant for 20 minutes w/o ordering. Parked car w Valet but could not arrange car to be brought around w/o ticket number. Hitel should have that on hand.

Liked: LOCATION, BREAKFAST, ROOM SIZE
Disliked: The bathrooms are very dated. Didn't shower in it. Used the shower in the women's changing room. The front desk staff are not happy workers. A bit rude and a very unbothered attitude.

Liked: Restaurant below is a bit crowded but good.
Disliked: Staff at the concierge definitely not happy to help, especially one guy who was content with saying no, packages were there, he just wanted to be tipped ahead. Hotels in this category should be more careful about the staff that deals with guests.

Liked: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, friendly, accommodating staff. Very positive experience and we have stay here before.
Disliked: Did not have any complaints at all.
