Disappointing

Liked: The location was great &was very clean. Was able to check in early.
Disliked: The guests on both sides of our room were loud day & night. .Our room was on 2nd floor & we had a lot of bags since we had a 3-day stay therefore it was very inconvenient.

Disliked: No coffee maker or microwave in the room.

Liked: Very close to Disneyland easy walk to the park
Disliked: There was a Russian mob downstairs and they were fighting with people in another property and were running around all hours of the day. There was a hole in the wall and stab marks in the wall that had been recently painted over. The soap tray in the tub was snapped off when we arrived.The room had a heavy Fabuloso smell when we arrived and we found crumbs and hair on the floor that were not cleaned

Bad

Disliked: Didn’t experience and very displeased with service. Booked for 4 of my family members. One of which, my mother, is wheelchair bound due to being paralyzed from the waist down. I had called earlier to make sure I can check in anytime and that a room would be available for her. They said yes and we thought we were set. When they arrived after a long day and late at night. A very rude male employee according to my father, the name on the check in, said that the room was already given away. The rude man working the front desk said to go through booking for a refund and would not provide us with his name to report his poor attitude and service. Again, extremely displeased with this motel.

SOLID WALK TO DISNEY OPTION

Liked: GREAT LOCATION - walkable to Disney in 15-20 minutes (depending on how fast you walk). Right next to a Starbucks which was great for mobile ordering — efficient! Also next to a walking district with great options for food, dessert, shopping, and more!The staff was SUPER KIND too! They let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. Very convenient!!Facilities are pretty basic but they’re perfect for a one night stay and ESPECIALLY because we were out most of the day! I would totally come again for any trip to Disney and highly recommend this motel to others as well.

Modest accomodation, great value, great...

Liked: It’s an old property but for its location (walking distance to Disneyland and Anaheim Gardenwalk dining & shops) and the price (much cheaper than other hotels in same vicinity) it was excellent. The management were so helpful and responsive. They let us check in early and they let us charge a mobility scooter. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, tv, mini fridge and microwave all worked. Again, it’s an old property but the room was more than adequate, great value and great staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Really close to the Convention center and a decent food spots & a couple of drug stores.
Disliked: Room service didn't come that often.

Liked: How close it was walking distance from the parks.
Disliked: Our room had bugs. I’m not sure if they were roaches or what but it was disgusting. I saw them on the floor and also one crawled off the other bed that we had our stuff on. I was horrified. Also the room was just not good. The pictures online made it look nicer. The bed was literally like a futon frame. So uncomfortable.
