Awesome Little Gaff

Liked: For the location of this place, the price was fantastic. Subway access within 10 feet and takes you to all the main spots within a few minutes. Madison Square Garden is a 10 minute walk also. Very friendly front desk staff always willing to help and sort any issues. I needed a boarding pass printed and help with my security safe and all dealt with in minutes.
Disliked: The only flaws this place has is how thin the walls are in the rooms. You can easily hear neighbours conversations and movements.The bed was a bit small and not very comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast Ok, but never breakfast on a Sunday morning !! You do not know it before booking.
Disliked: Bathroom old, not very clean, Room cleaned only every 4th day. Wardrobe primitiveSafe unusableCould not adjust temperature of the room. You have to get out of your bed to switch light on/off.

Liked: I thought the breakfast was very good! Having to check in and get my key did make me feel safe. You did give alot of towels. Soda machine especially for $1 was great
Disliked: One elevator didn’t work. Room was a little hot. They had to fix my tv because it didn’t work
