We did not get the room we had confirmation for. Room was old, TV did not work, air conditioner did not work, phone did not work, bathroom toilet would not flush, shower was broken.

When we arrived at the hotel on July 29, the key card machine was not working. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get to our room. In the meantime while the clerk was trying to get it to work he was hitting the machine and throwing the key cards all over the floor. Finally when we are able to get to our room the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. We go back to the front desk to tell them and the same clerk from earlier gets mad and says hes going to call his manager. We have to wait another 20 minutes to get a key card (the machine is still not working). He is hitting, slamming and throwing key cards again. He finally gives us an upgrade to a suite for our troubles. I do not feel that his attitude was professional at all for customer service. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. In fact our reservations were for 2 nights and we only stayed 1. I hope these issues gets addressed for the next customers.

Liked: The location was great. Staff were polite and kind.
Disliked: The plug in wouldn’t charge the cell phones. They wouldn’t stay plugged in to the socket! As I was looking for a different socket the amount of trash behind the TV stand was gross!

Liked: Price was affordable, I liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby.
Disliked: Room was small, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, lighting was poor, and our room was next to storage, laundry room, so we were awakened every night around 4pm with banging and laundry machines.

Would definitely stay here again

Liked: The staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a 1st floor room and the people above us sounded like they were training for a running marathon or a basketball game all day and night. We asked the staff both nights if there was anything that can be done (we understand its a hotel, but it was rattling our walls so we asked) they said that they would absolutely go up and ask them to stop since it was in the hotels quite hours. They didn't have to do that....they could of told us just deal with it, but they didn't they were very polite and understanding in our situation. The room was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed.
