Liked: Breakfast included in price
Disliked: Desperately needed an update. Bathroom was not very clean. No stir sticks in room for coffee. Only thing hot was waffles and NO Coffee at 8am!!!!!

Disliked: Its very run down. Found hair in the bed and sink. It was not clean. The toilet and fan were super loud. Outlets were cracked or broken. Stains on the carpets. Unknown something on the remote control. People were loud. Room service came way too early.

Liked: Beautiful view of the coulee out our window.Room was nice enough,rug could be steam cleaned. Found it odd there was just a sheet with no mattress cover under it?
Disliked: Not able to leave and enter by the door closest to our room. Front desk person was rude,not my fault the tv remote wasnt working. I do know how to work one!He needs to acquire a few social skills to be in the hospitality industry

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms where clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was not luxury like it described it was cereal, apples, waffle and toast, not like their pictures that had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, the jacuzzi bubbles and jets didn't work it was just like sitting in a hot bath, the pool was nice but water didn't look very clean, the vending machine did have stuff in them.

Disliked: odd there is no door on the bathrooms - not a deal breaker though

Liked: Price. Great value for travelers.
Disliked: Breakfast was bad. Cold cereal, old donuts and hard boiled eggs were room temperature, with brown yolks. Mine had a black strand of hair on it. The server sat in the kitchen, was on his phone, was not attentive to guests and did not speak English..
