Nice enough, but not nearly...

Disliked: The rooms we got looked nothing like the rooms in the photos. The photographs all showed rooms with exposed brick walls, and period features like windows and furniture. In reality, both rooms we got were basic, white boxes, with modernish furniture looking like it was from the mid-2000s-2010s.

Aside from the first night,...

Liked: The rooms were clean and updated. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Our initial room had an issue with the heating system and hence, we spent our first night unable to sleep because of the noise. When I reached out to the staff the next morning, they immediately had someone assess the room and we were moved to an upgraded room which I appreciated.

We left with good memories...

Liked: Loved how the exposed brick and high ceilings gave a cozy ambiance to our room. The staff was immediately responsive to our requests. Very convenient location to sights and great restaurants.

Relaxing, friendly and comfortable

Liked: Beautiful building. Amazing location. Very clean. Super comfortable beds.
Disliked: I had read online that there would be a sauna for guests to use but when we arrived, we were told that they had a steam room and we would have to book and pay per session in the rain spa. Obviously there’s is misinformation online, but it left us feeling really disappointed.
