POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots. One child under 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
