Disliked: My sink drain was clogged the bathroom wall was dirty . The pillows where very thin

Liked: The restaurants were great and priced decently, wonderful staff.
Disliked: Walking into our room was like walking into the 1990s. The green carpet was stained and kind of disgusting. The furniture didn't match and in disrepair. The tv was vintage. There was no water pressure after it took 10 minutes for the water to get hot, and the sink would not stop leaking. The beds were pretty comfortable, though. It's not worth the price.

Liked: The staff is friendly and the river view rooms have incredible views. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel could use a little TLC. Nothing bad.

It was okay but could...

Liked: I like the pool was nice and deep as my child is tall. The hot tub had a cover above which was so nice to block the weather, yet still be outside. Nice bowling ally.
Disliked: Our tv was horrible. Big tube tv and didn’t work well made a loud noise so we couldn’t use it. No coffee maker in the room.

Liked: It was pretty and landscaped nicely from the outside.
Disliked: Lots of stains on furniture. Also dusty, with Bobby pins on the carpet like the vacuum didn’t pick them up. Drain on sink was broken. Tv channels would blink off randomly and not all channels would work at all. They changed us to another room, still not good. Very old and not kept up. Finally moved us to an upgraded room they said. Because it was facing the river. The room itself was still stained furniture and old carpet etc. We were too tired at this point to do anything else. There was something going on in town, we couldn’t book another hotel at this point. Everything was full. Unfortunately we had to stay there for our entire trip.
