Liked: The room was larger than expected, even had a small kitchen.
Disliked: There was no stairs, so one was forced to take the elevator. These elevators were really damp and musky and old.

Disliked: The refrigerator froze our fruit and food, some was ruined

Disappointing

Disliked: Paying $10 for parking was absurd! Parking lot was empty. I paid more on-line for room than front desk said I would pay for the room in person!

Disliked: i forfeited my $--- to stay at this hotel because i didnt have $250 for the outrageous deposit they wanted. I ended up leaving early because I couldnt afford to even have them "hold" that on my card. It would have taken 5- 10 days to get it back.

Great value for a suite...

Liked: The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Having a breakfast included was convenient. I felt like the hotel was in a safe location. It was easy access to a freeway. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.
Disliked: A tiny bit dated, but overall, a very good value for having a suite with a kitchenette. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Wouldn't let me stay because I only have a debit card. Very rude.

Liked: I book this hotel whenever I visited the Bay Area from India. It is close to my work and hence continue to book here.
Disliked: #1) The staff: The staff (especially a lady staff) does not necessary look things from a customer perspective. Though I booked at a daily rate of $----/day, they still demand similar charges for even 2 hours of early check-in or 1 hour of delayed check-out
