Could have been better.

Liked: The location turned out to be very close to people that I was visiting.
Disliked: The paint was peeling on the bathroom door. The refrigerator was making noise all night long. The ceiling over the air conditioner had been patched (for water damage?) and poorly refinished. The eating utensils were cheap looking like they had been purchased separately from a thrift store. Overall, the room felt a bit dingy. The continental breakfast was lacking in the quality of the packaged food. The coffee was lukewarm, not hot.

Good

Liked: The location was perfect for the places I had to visit. Ample parking, very convenient.
Disliked: The second day of my stay the room was not cleaned, towels not picked up "because the hotel is not five-star". I understand the concept, BUT I WAS NEVER ADVISED that it would be so. BAD.

Liked: Staff and GM were great!
Disliked: The hotel was super nice, and they even had security in the parking lot. But, homeless are an issue in Sacramento. I'd just make sure nothing is left out in the open so you do not have an issue. We DID NOT have any issues at all.

Disliked: Everything was dirty, old and broken. Stains all over the carpet, room smelled of pee, everything was so out of date and run down. I’m fairly certain nothing has been done to these rooms since the 70s when they were made. Appliances were all old and dirty. The cabinets were all banged up and falling apart. I genuinely did not feel comfortable staying there and did not want to use any of the features in the room

Liked: Breakfast was weird no cooked food but freezer/ridge full of many many good chioices of breakfast items to grab and go or grab and heat in up in your room it's worth it. Amazing place for my two dogs very comfortable beds. The girl that is there at 6am getting breakfast ready amazing she will make your morning bright always cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: No warm blankets on bed just thin blankets and very thin comforter they need to be updated.

Liked: Room was big. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Got a room with someone else already booked in it had to get anew room

Liked: I originally was traveling with aunt bTut she did not come. That is why the close together is answered the way it is.It was well located for my needs and had grocery and restaurants close.
Disliked: The clock did not work. Would have preferred a clock radio.
