Liked: Front desk personnel was very friendly. Room service personnel was friendly.
Disliked: Elevator was not working. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking which was seeking into my room. I had my 3 year old in the room with me and he happened to start coughing that’s when I noticed the smell was coming into my room with the door closed.

Liked: Nice room. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice pillows. No off smells.
Disliked: I wish the refrigerator had a freezer, it didn't. When I travel with an ice chest I refreeze cold packs each night. A guest was talking very loud in the hall but you can't help rude guests.

Disliked: Comforter very thin, not useful for cold night, heater very noisy. Overall did not have a good rest

Liked: Comfortable bed, bedding. Clean room and bathroom. Good soundproofing.
Disliked: The elevator is out of order. The breakfast was skimpy.
