Liked: Staff was generally pretty good and helpful... Breakfast was over priced...We were on property for a conference... The food and service during the conference was really good...
Disliked: Room (a suite on the lake) was somewhat rundown...

Liked: The location and views were everything, and the staff was phenomenal
Disliked: I was disappointed with the price I paid due to the fireplace not working. The water wouldn't stay in the tub, and the lights on the balcony were very dim. I was told before we stayed that they could accommodate vegans, but once we got there, none of the restaurants had vegan options. It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for valentines, but it didn't work, and we had to get a hotel in Atlanta instead of our original plan to stay another night. The staff was great, though. Instead of offering to compensate us for at least half of what we paid, we were given a free coupon for breakfast, and they didn't have anything but fruit or oatmeal. Maybe make it clear that certain things aren't available and would've stayed somewhere else. If we were to go back, we'd probably book a room with a kitchen option so we could bring our own food.
