We combine years of medical and therapeutic expertise with excellent service and support. The adjoining therapy centre specialises in holistic medicine and natural healing practices including cave therapy, in-depth medical care, vitamin therapy, psychological counselling, autogenic training, acupuncture, various massages, Ayurvedic treatments, Shiatsu and Reiki.

Room Information

Our guest rooms are comfortably furnished, and some include a minibar and balcony. Following a year of construction work, the new building complex "Zum Nesselbach" now accommodates a restaurant, a large terrace and several new, comfortable guest rooms with state-of-the-art bathrooms.

Area Information

The state-recognised climatic spa resort of Nordenau is an idyllic village in the Smallenberger Sauerland region. It lies just a few kilometres away from the mountain "Kahler Asten" and the town of Winterberg. Surrounded by the wooded peaks of the Hunau and Rothaar Mountains, it lies 625 - 800 metres above sea level. The town is characterised by beautiful timber-framed houses, the town church with its tower, and the ruins of the Rappelstein Castle. Landscape and nature reside in perfect harmony here.

Hotel Policies

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
