Superb
Liked: Felt very welcoming and clean and safe. Had a unique vibe that fit with the surrounding area. Having access to the YMCA across the street was a nice added bonus. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel which was amazing!

Fun, funky boutique hotel, walking...
Liked: The Lancaster Arts is a funky, boutique hotel that we love to stay in when we come to Lancaster. It is not like all the other cookie cutter, chains. It has personality and makes your stay something memorable. It is walking distance from downtown and Franklin & Marshall. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

I would stay here again!
Liked: Loved the jacuzzi in the room. The room was very large. Loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom. The room had a very romantic atmosphere. There was a rose on our bed when we arrived. Love it!
Disliked: You could hear people walking above you.

Very nice hotel with lots...
Liked: Large Room, comfortable and well appointed with huge bathroom.Very Cool space converted from an old warehouse, art everywhere, they even included a sketch pad in the room and had people's sketches hanging in the public spaces. Very cool.Breakfast was solid and a notch above typical hotel breakfast fare (although they had plenty of that too).
Disliked: Could use some upgrades to some of the room amenities - the carpet looked a bit worn. Not very many outlets either. Garage was good, but smelled like cigarette smoke. Fitness center was through the Garage, so not ideal, but OK overall.
