Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was bright and clean. It was very lively with live music in the evening. The location was great and room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4 comfortably.
Disliked: The “valet only” for parking was bit of a hassle. Since many people were checking out the same time, we had to wait a short while to get our car. Very very minor inconvenience.

Liked: All of the staff, from the valets to front desk to managers, were friendly and attentive. Especially Troy, bartender at License to Chill bar in the lobby. He went above and beyond. Ask about the "Snickers shot" and "Key Lime Pie shot". Also, I didn't get her name, the bell person that helped us to our room was very nice and helpful. Found out that it was her first day! The one issue we did have with an employee was quickly handled by Lauren, a manager, with a promise that they would be coached.
Disliked: Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working, on opposite sides and in order to call both you had to press the button on both sides. They put 4 pillows on the king bed but all of them were down feather pillows that your head sinks into. Putting 2 firm pillows, along with 2 down pillows would have been better. Beware of the light in the bathroom, super bright and no dimmer!

Exceptional

Liked: This was a nice getaway for me and my family. We loved the location, and how this newly remodeled hotel was not only so beautiful, it was clean and dog friendly, so we were able to include our furry member with our trip.Staff was friendly and enjoyed the hotel because you didn’t have to walk through a casino to exit.
