Liked: My sister and I had side-by-side suites. They were very spacious and very-well appointed.
Disliked: Some early-morning construction was somewhat disturbing but we later learned that ear plugs were available at the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Within walking distance to virtually everything.

Liked: Location was ideal.
Disliked: Water temperature fluctuated.

We arrived mid day on Amtrak and went to see if the hotel desk could hold our bags until check in time - no problem. At that time the gentleman at the desk advised we could check back in an hour or two and our room should be ready. We weren't expecting or asking for an early check in, but when we came back after a few hours we were treated very rudely, told that we should call to see if the room was ready for check instead of bothering them in person. We were quite taken aback by that! That said, it was very busy with lots of folks checking in for the Seahawks game. Otherwise everything was great! So close to liquor store, Whole Foods, great restaurants; walkable to Pioneer Square, Pike Market; quick taxi to Paramount Theatre. Front desk didn't bother to ask how our stay was upon check out, which we found odd for a business with lots of competition close by. I guess it isn't part of their shtick at check out. Although we had a good stay we would probably consider some other accommodation next time we travel to Seattle.

Liked: Nice room, clean, and spacious. Dave at the front desk is phenomenal.
Disliked: We were in a suite and there was no AC in the bedroom only the living area so we couldn’t sleep with the door closed because it was so hot.

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: The room was good in general, the space was enough, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a very convenient location, it is close to the main attractions in the city. The staff was very kind and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel's amenities are pretty old, and the breakfast was not as expected, with frozen food and no variety. If you are planning a short stay, this is a good option. Otherwise, look for a different option.
