Worst hotel stay i have...

Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: The staff were always rude!! No one had time to help you and always had an attitude to come to the desk to answer a question! Horrible experience, manager said we couldn’t check in until 3pm and walked away.

Liked: The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived tired after 14 hours of flying and they helped us order food.
Disliked: The queen rooms are fairly small- we will reserve king rooms next time.

Very good

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: There was a lot of road noise. Even though we were close to 205 which I liked it would have been nice for them to build the hotel with more soundproof walls on the side that faces the freeway.
