The room was spacious and the whirlpool tub was a nice touch. You could tell, however, the hotel had not been upgraded in quite some time.

Disliked: It’s was disgusting. If I could get my money back I would. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. We didn’t even sleep under the covers.

Liked: The coffee was very good The shuttle driver and pick up and drop off were great.
Disliked: The first room, #216, smelled like urine and cigarettes . The young lady at the counter was kind enough to switch my room to 416The room smelled a little better, but the mold and the ceiling peeling was night a food sight when you're laying in your bed looking up.The sockets had major dust and cobb webs. The tub was backed up and took an hour to go down. I had no energy to complain because I had to go to funeral service and repass for my 12 year old cousin. I was so exhausted that I returned Saturday and slept in my clothes and left on the shuttle at 5:00am.

Liked: I work in Philly and live 100 miles away so I stay and do business the next day . That staff allows me check in early and you have fridge and microwave. I am on average there 2 to possibly 6 times a month. The staff says yes to all request that was within their control.
Disliked: Everytime I come there major issues like no hot water in the am and I had to go to work. This recent visit a used dirty washcloth and mat, was hanging over the shower and tub . And the furniture is dusty, and boogers on the bathroom wall. i notice there were elderly cleaners and every body makes mistakes , so I cleaned it myself. The rooms could use a facelift. But the I'm sure the price will go up so I will shut up. Good customer service goes a long way ! So I will keep coming back.

Liked: Kept very clean and staff was always ready to help. Location is perfect as well. Very happy with the price as well.
Disliked: Parking was a little iffy but we still was able to snag one spot every time we moved the car.
