I will never stay at...

Liked: The cleaning ladies were awwsome
Disliked: I booked my elderly parents at this property for 4 nights while they had their home remodeled. The hot tub was broken (they have arthritis and we only booked there just for the top tub). The eggs at breakfast were cold. The bench in the handicapped shower was loose so they could not sit on it. It was just a very unpleasant stay for my elderly parents.

Liked: Brittany the front desk person was amazing she went above and beyond for us !!! She made the entire stay. The hotel and rooms were very clean .

I felt very unsafe in...

Liked: Location was in close proximity to my family who are living in Pasadena.
Disliked: The hotel was out dated, worn carpet, chip paint throughout the facility, felt unsafe in my hotel room due to non secured door, no light bulb in the light socket, elevated tile separating(hazard), towels on floor to catch leaking water around the ice machine on the 1st floor. Overall Hotel/facility is in poor condition.
