Breakfast was well done and organized - just needed more tables set. We were very happy and will stay there again and recommend staying at this hotel to others when visiting Oshawa.

Liked: The room was very clean, well laid out with a fridge and microwave and hardware in bathroom were modern and up to date.

We were bumped from a room with 2 queen beds for a room with a single twin bed. The woman behind the desk said this was because I booked through a 3rd party and she did not consider us to be "their customer". We left and returned home. If there was a zero rating I would have applied that.

Liked: Excellent stay. Nothing fancy, but decent little room for the night. Adequate for what I was looking for. Walking distance to downtown.

Disliked: When I first got there, there was food left behind on the floor that housekeeping didn’t pick up and my dog ate it. I still have no idea what it was. The phone rang every single morning at 6:30am despite asking front desk multiple times for it to stop. Carpets were ripped up. Staff allowed intoxicated groups to gather in the hallways. My view out the window was a huge blue garbage bin with people consistently walking by and looking in the window.
