Liked: The location; staff were friendly.
Disliked: The credit card reader rejected my card, which was working OK. Breakfast is rather poor.

Passable

Liked: It was perfectly located with easy walk to canal and bourbon street. Then short drive to our cruise.
Disliked: AC didn’t work. The elevator wouldn’t work. They told us breakfast was served until 10 and it ended at 9am.

We would come here again...

Liked: The hotel was a great value and an excellent location. It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and nice. They have a great security system in place.
Disliked: It was very difficult to get towels. We left the hotel at 8:00am and returned at 4:00 pm and we didn’t have any clean towels in our room. After several more requests we did get clean towels. There isn’t any cleaning service for the rooms unless you ask for it. We were fine with this.

Much like NOLA entirely, seek...

Liked: Location, that’s it.
Disliked: Arrived and were told they were sold out, despite having a booked confirmation. Eventually they “found” a room, but we were sent to an already occupied room! Finally found a room an hour later. Breakfast is very limited.
