It is so nice to...

Liked: Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. People working there were so helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to do.
Disliked: It was great value for money

Very good

Liked: Large room with king bed and sofa. Pleasant and helpful staff on reception.
Disliked: Nowhere to walk around hotel except Chili Restaurant which was good.

Liked: The lobby was nice.
Disliked: Towels were old, rooms were dated and not that clean. Staff friendly, but needs more staff. Would be nice if rooms were not hot when we arrive. Hot water was not hot.

Liked: The front desk clerk, clean room and overall space, and the nice staff I talked with.
Disliked: We had the King Presidential Suite and the TV’s did not work the front desk and maintenance staff worked hard to get them working but they couldn’t. I tried to reach the manager Ms Ella when we checked out and she was unavailable and I have called and left her messages to call me and she hasn’t yet. I was disappointed that we were not able to get tv service. I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having tv services.

Clean room, comfortable beds, welcoming...

Liked: The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and location was convenient for traveling.
Disliked: Someone or something kept knocking on the wall near the bed and waking me up, but I don't think this was something the facility could control.
