Room was very nice! Amenities were poor. Only offered a tiny bottle of Pantene shampoo, to which my wife is allergic, and bar of soap. Normally the nicer hotels offer a couple of other items. We've learned with the price of hotels, we should be able to cut down on what we need to pack (shampoo, lotion, cream rinse, mouth wash, pkg. w/ cotton ball, Q-tip, file, etc.). Needs a different pool.

Liked: Clean room; breakfast set up.
Disliked: Small pool which was closed due to a problem.

Disliked: No hot tub and pets can only be on floors 2 and 3 but ifs still pretty perfect

Disliked: I tried to switch my stay, they rudely told me that it would take 48 hours. They didn't let me cancel. And they were incredibly rude. Had it not been for just how rude they were I would have understood and accepted the fees.

Mid satisfying

Liked: The breakfast was not too satisfying , there was no meat except for day 1,l
Disliked: Would have been nice if there was more amenities such as jacuzzi or better breakfast options

Close to where we wanted...

Liked: Ease of check in. Was able to park close to the building.
Disliked: Building- specifically lobby was overly warm- hot and stuffy. Slider door secured closed.

I like the location, many...

Liked: The location was amazing. Super close to awesome park with pond and a little waterfall. So fun to walk around the area with the warm weather.
Disliked: The staff were rude and dismissive upon arrival of our stay. We got into our room that was supposed to be 2 queen beds and were stuck with two double beds that look like it fit one person. When I asked for a rollaway they said we weren’t allowed to have one on the 7th floor. When asked to change rooms they again were dismissive. Customer service was lacking. Super hot inside, smells funky, and overall dirty.
