Liked: Location is good
Disliked: They didn't have coffee for breakfast. All they had was Lipton tea. They claimed they were out of coffee. No luggage rack in the room. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. No extra blanket in the closet.

Fantastic value, wonderful service and...

Liked: We were greeted by a wonderful front desk team member, and she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. She then noticed that we were two separate families traveling together and tried to find a room with a connecter door so the kids could move between rooms. Talk about exceptional customer service and paying attention to detail. The staff were always there to help and greet us as we came and went. I was most pleased with all of the service and attention to detail that was part of our experience.
Disliked: Nothing, we were very pleased.

Liked: The hotel was very shabby and not at all as presented on-line. Very disappointing…
Disliked: The whole building was very shabby. The location was very sketchy… we would have left immediately but didn’t know the area and it was late.

Ok for one night stay.

Disliked: It was not the same Wingate hotel as I expected. Lobby area was nice but in our room still used bang up furniture and old stained chair. Outside and parking area also looks old.
