The start of my night I checked in at La Quinta Manassas. I had booked a king bedroom suite and was surprised to find two twin beds in my room. I had spoken to the very unfriendly concierge and was told there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to contact the site I booked it with. Frankly that's a pain in the ass so I dealt with it. I went to an event that night that was interrupted by phone calls asking when I planned on checking in. At this point I had been checked in for six hours. So I dealt with the friendly and helpful Kelvin on the phone. Apparently I was checked in as the wrong person, even though ID and credit card was provided. Later that night I got a call saying my card was invalid. I gave them my card number. The next morning apparently there was still an issue with my card. So I gave it to them once again and in turn was charged twice for a room I didn't even reserve. Employees like Kelvin were very helpful and kind. The other employees seemed like they could not be bothered and were unfriendly to say the least. I am very unhappy with this experience.

Disliked: Nothing really. Everything was perfect. Will be there again. Had a good time. Always do when I book a room. Everything was perfect. Best time I had in a long time.

Disliked: Old chairs in lobby, small pool, workout room weight area has wall crumbling from moisture and flooring issues. Ac was loud. Cleaning staff did not clean or leave towels. Ran out of towels, sheets and comforters were stained. Breakfast was not great. Bacon was rubbery and cold, no bananas, milk was ultra pasteurized. Eggs were rubbery and tasted bland.

Liked: I enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere.
Disliked: I didn't like the juice guardian at breakfast time. She made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable.
