Was charged two different amounts and told it was a glitch in the system and money will be refunded. Got one amount refunded, not the higher one and we are talking about $97. Can't get a hold of anyone, emails are not answered either. Will change for better review when I get my money back.

Disliked: The staff was very rude. On their website it stated early check in is available, but staff was very rude while stating nobody is allowed to check in early. The breakfast was very limited, and there was hair in the food.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean, bed was really comfortable. Restaurant/bar staff were super friendly and the bar food was quite nice.
Disliked: The facilities didn't match the description. The pool, gym and laundry were all being renovated so could not be used, the cafe wasn't open during the day. The breakfast wasn't very nice - there were no healthier options.

Liked: The facility was exceptionally clean. The room was very nice, modern and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: Didn't like we had to pay for parking which was on the hotel grounds.
