Bad experience could have been...

Liked: Common area was nice and clean, parking was good.
Disliked: Room had maintenance issues when I arrived. TV did not work and was promptly fixed; however the bathroom light did not work. I asked to be moved to another room so maintenance could switch out electrical box and was told no vacancy. Used light in entry to see way to bathroom. Unable to use shower or bathroom mirror the entire night. Found out the next day that we could have been moved to a room with two double beds but that was not offered when I asked. Good news is my stay was refunded.

Disliked: Needs a new mattress in Room 515. Worn out mattress, creaky & broken. It was just me so for one night it was ok, but would have been ver uncomfortable with two adultsslopes in the middle. Room next to I95, but noise was not bad.

Liked: room was clean and staff extremely friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I would have liked to know that pool and jaccuzi were out of order as I chose that hotel specifically because they had both. I have been having to rehab a knee injury and because of them being out of order I could not.
